She is a leading expert in the field of family business, specializing in resolving prolonged internal conflicts, guiding the succession process of businesses across generations, promoting the involvement of the next generation in management, and building a future for cross-generational legacies.
Additionally, Dr. Ramesh provides training and coaching services for senior executives (C-suite) globally.
